We will begin to process your order as soon as it has been paid for and submitted. Therefore your order cannot be cancelled or modified in any way once it has been submitted

The price of delivery varies according to the weight of the order, and the delivery destination. At the end of your order, the amount of the delivery will be integrated to the total amount of it.

We supply worldwide, and the delivery costs are as follows:

  • Mainland France: € 5,95 – free Delivery for orders above € 50
  • Rest of Europe: € 10,95 – free Delivery for orders above € 100
  • French DOM: € 15,00 – free Delivery for orders above € 150
  • Rest of World: € 24,95 – free Delivery for orders above € 200

When you have completed your order, the delivery costs will be automatically added to the product cost to give you the total cost.

very highly pigmented and give a long lasting coverage. Moreover, the quantity of product will allow you a long term of use.

This system accepts payments via your Paypal account if you have one, or alternatively you can pay directly with your Bank Card.

Everyone can change their minds.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on UNOPENED products purchased through www.sunsetlovemakeup.com and within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Please return the unopened product in its original packaging, together with the delivery note and invoice to the following address: Sunset Cosmetics SAS, 23 avenue Arsène, 94500 Champigny sur Marne, France.
In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be for the original purchase price minus delivery charges within 30 days of the receipt of the return. Refunds will only be made to the cardholder who made the orginal payment.

Sunset Love Makeup products that have been discontinued cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We make every effort to give you the best service, but errors can happen.

Once you have received your order and checked it and there appears to be a product missing, you have to submit a claim within 14 days of receiving the product. This claim has to can be made either via the contact form on the website, by email at contact@sunsetlovemakeup.com or by letter addressed to: Sunset Cosmetics SAS, 23 avenue Arsène, 94500 Champigny sur Marne, France.
Your claim has to include the invoice number and delivery number. Once the missing item has been confirmed we will either reimburse you the product cost within 30 days or ship out a replacement product. Refunds will only be made to the cardholder who made the original payment.

We try to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery for mainland France will take 5 to 7 working days, for the European Union allow 10 to 15 working days, and for the rest of the world 15 to 25 working days.

If you wish to return a defective or damaged product, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we have examined the product and confirmed the defect, we will reimburse the purchase price minus the delivery charges. Any product which has been used will not be reimbursed. All returns have to be accompanied by the invoice and delivery note.
